Poor planning even though reminded that I needed a tyre which resulted in a subsequent visit. In addition, prior problem identified which should have been found on a previous visit. However, collection was arranged due to the error.

Efficient service but only point is that I noticed some time later on checking tyre pressure that the silver cap had been replaced by a black one. This was a bit thoughtless and implies a lack of attention to detail

It took 15 mins to hand over my car in the morning. I was told my car was ready at 5.00pm. I arrived at 4.55 and left at 5.35. I will not be bringing my car in again. It will have to be collected and delivered in future!

Couldn't really have asked for better service. Within a few hours of notifying the sales person (Gareth Jones) that there was a problem with my car, it was recovered, and a replacement vehicle arranged.

I booked an aircon service and this was not done. I was offered it foc which helps but I did need it doing before driving to Italy which was not possible. I have emailed with dates for the service but have not had a reply.

I did not have my car serviced. There was a major malfunction less than three months out of warranty and this was the reason why my car was seen.

Having just purchased a BMW Approved Used Car... it soon became apparent that there were issues (things missing .. and still are) as well as problems with the Run Flat and petrol filler-cap systems.

Car retained by service department longer than expected - because rear brake pads were out of stock. Price of repair on high side compared with non-BMW garage.

My car was booked in for a replacement bulb to the head beam under warranty. It was due in at 1.30pm and I brought it in at 11.30 to give more time and flexibility for the work to be done. At 4.30pm I was told it couldn't be done until the next day!

There appeared to be more work needed on my car than anticipated which meant some juggling of courtesy car and borrowing husbands car as I had work travel commitments to fulfil.
