Twice I asked why the spare key that I had would not operate the radio and satnav; but got no answer from the garage. On the 3rd occasion, the driver who came to collect the car, pointed out it needed to be programmed. He did it on my drive!
The problem with the car was sorted satisfactorily
Had 5 year service package. However this does not cover brake fluid renewal at 45K. Thought I had bought service 5 years 60,000 miles. BMW do nothing outside contractural obligations to keep customers.
Service completed when requested and excellent valet
Charges for basic work which I didn't authorise despite my car being under AUC warranty.
Aside from the ridiculous quote for tyres I was grateful that the technician pointed out the bulges in the tyre walls which I wouldnt have picked up on.

Knowledgeable & attentive staff, work carried out in good time. However, having been told the day before I could drop the car round anytime, on arrival the lady said they were very busy and there may be a long wait. This wasn't the case thankfully.

1st service for A15DAD; with Service Contract.Unfortunately I did not fix "waiting at H.J.for completion of service. My mistake. However, Roy in reception when I requested arranged for a two hour service. Very grateful & avoided a 2nd trip.
Because the time that they gave me in instance to wait for was 1.30 hours and I have been waiting a bit more ....took 2 hours to do the MOT.
Friendly and punctual service
On this occasion, whilst all service work was completed satisfactorily and on time, when I came to examine the paperwork I discovered the vehicle health report attached to my paperwork was for another customer's vehicle and not mine.
Issue with Satan that cannot be resolved
Well my car was 1st in at 0815, I asked if I could have it back mid pm so as not to get caught in loads of traffic and in case an issue came up with the service or mot so there would be time to fix things.. it hit the workshop at 2pm dissaponting
The service was done promptly and the car was washed a valeted to a high standard. It would have been helpful if instead of notifying me of a lose number plate, the plate was re attached, as it would have only took a few minutes.
Staff are great but dealership is small, cramped and impersonal.

On more than one occasion now I've asked for my car to be available for pick up after service by 3.30pm to 3.45pm but this hasn't happened. I have a persistent battery problem too that HJ can't yet seem to identify.
