on this occassion I only went for a battery change and but to my surprise was offerred a free safety check , a bit like an MOT but without the stress ! this was on video with commentary which I fouund reassuring and then I was offerd a free wash/vale
Fixed a problem I had with the sos system, did a good job and also gave it a good clean which was appreciated.
I had a problem with my right rear indicator which they resolved and with the current situation made to feel at ease when dropping off and picking up my car.
The service as always is superb. From the initial booking, a call to remind me of the service, the safety of the staff and customers during the pandemic and the cost of the service were all fantastic.
loss of oil, topped it up and 2 days later same again. rang the dealership, asked if I could get a courtesy car on the day, even though one wasn't available, I wasn't fobbed off. I dropped the car off a week later everything's right down the road.
