It's faultless really. Everything from booking it in, a clear guide of what's going to happen, and an in-depth mechanic showing you through the service itself via video - these are all parts of the service and everything is covered. Ideal!

HJ did sort out the problem and the change in cost from £200+ to £2242 and then finally circa £420.However I had to take the car back to have the Sat Nav set up as it did not have the code number in it to work.
