The service is good once you are at the dealership. Trying to get through on the phone however is hard work.

On booking I was told my service pack would cover the costs. On the day the car went in I was told I had to pay! On return of my car the service history in the car was only partially completed in respect of the work carried out.

Isn't it strange how premium car sales people have a knack of making you feel as though you're in some way subordinate to them. Whether this is just bravado or a lack in interpersonal skills / customer care, I don't know.

As above very friendly staff, the issue was sorted and covered on my warranty so no charge to me for the work carried out. I do however pay a service plan to have all my future services at Haliwell Jones which I am happy to continue to be seen at.

The service received at Halliwell Jones was great. This is going to sound picky but it would have been 5* except when my car was washed it was returned to me covered in water spots where it had been left to dry The car needed polishing to remove them

Booking in the car, and the actual service and MOT were fine... But the car failed the MOT as it needed new tyres. I was told that these could be ordered and that the car would be ready the next day. However the next day I had to call around 5 times

The BMW receptionist was very helpful, and the whole experience of booking in to collecting the vehicle after service went very smoothly.

No problem with the actual quality of the service, just the crossed wires about a “waiting appointment” and the time it took. Also poor valeting outside as it was left overnight under a tree and looked dirtier than when I’d taken it in.

The brake fluid service was carried out quickly and efficiently. The vehicle is slightly older than average and required a couple of minor repairs in addition. These were communicated and actioned with no hassle at all.

I mostly go for parts for my car as it is a 2002 E46 .And thanks the help and advice from Andrew ,I am able to get parts the same day / or next day.As well as his knowledge of finding parts which I thought were no longer available .
