The team at Halliwell Jones were fantastic, from booking, picking up the car, updating me and do a quality job full stop
customer service is very poor in all aspects, attitude to the customer, poor communication, car was left in a truly disgusting state, ignorant personnel the list is endless. now that the Christmas period is over i will be writing to the GM and to BMW
The staff were friendly and polite , they lent me a car for the day . They followed your guidelines re water in the lights however left me a message to say that you would not replace the lights and said they had seem a lot worse .
Please read the previous comment again Phone calls are recorded for training purposes I hope someone has learned from this I was grateful you were able to trace my phone call and eventually do the 5 min job I came in for even though it took 3 hrs
See reply to question 1. Also, visited the Sales department after leaving car for service and was dealt with well by a well informed staff member there.
I telephoned around 17:15 and was advised by Mr Walsh that the jobs had been done, but I was driving with an illegal tyre. He wrote a Public Liability Disclaimer and I was taking the vehicle in full knowledge that the vehicle maybe unsafe.

Simon was extremely Knowledgeable about my 5 series BMW and gave me some good advice. My background is as a machinery engineer with 45 years experience.
Took car in for potential warranty work The fault was examined and found to fall under warranty. The problems were fixed and I was given a courtesy car for a week. Very trustworthy
Overall a very poor customer service experience based on the fact any time I phoned I didn't get an answer or was told someone would phone back and never did.
Work was dealt with efficiently, but discounted MOT information was not entered onto system.
Communication was lacking but service was very good
The advisor was friendly, the bill was less than I thought and my car had been cleaned inside and out.
Fixed the problem with no fuss. The courtesy car should be full to full with petrol and not left nearly empty

I did not receive a video of the inspection of my car. The text which indicated that this was attached was a video on what red, amber and green mean! I asked for this to be sent to me when I collected my car but I am still waiting.

Had car cleaned but wasn't hoovered & dashboard not cleaned. Bird poo on roof not removed so not sure it was even washed

The dealership agreed to call when the car was ready but forgot. Luckily we called at 17:20 to chase and were able to pick up the car just as the dealership was about to close.

this wasn't the first time i have visited the Wilmslow / Handforth centre and each time I left I felt at ease with the knowledge that my car has been in safe hands and the cost was as expetcted
I arranged a car whilst mine was in for the day, l drove home and back and was charged for 6 Litres of petrol on top of extra £16 insurance to reduce the excess, I felt this was very poor, there should be some allowance
Invoice was not itemised so I don't know what the car service comprised. Incorrect advice was given on how to correct faulty sat nav.
I was not happy with the service I received, in fact I was furious. Only the actions of Anthony at the service desk , who was helpful, enabled me to give three stars
I liked the 2 hour service. That made it easy to plan my day and not have to worry about load cars, lifts etc.

I could only give a 4 star rating as I had though I had booked a loan car but when I arrived this had not been arranged. I am not sur eif this was an issue with the online booking system or whether this had been missed.
Service time and staff really good and helpful. Free wash and clean not so good. So many parts on the car were missed I re-washed it that afternoon and had two marks on the white leather seats. Cleaning staff sat outside on the kerb with heads down

There has been a very obvious improvement in recent times. My previous experience was not good both in terms of customer service and finding the fault with my car. However on this occasion it was a totally different, the fault was found & rectified.
Friendly staff. I also liked the way the car was charged when picking up which is an improvement since the first service. Only negative was my front wheel was curbed which I only noticed at home - staff should check on delivery and hand back.

Did not expect to have slight oil spay on a shock absorber when car is 4 years old and only done 5350 miles or so.I am a careful driver and have not hit any vast potholes.
I've explained above, I do not want my blood pressure to rise any further. They also pressured me into having the work done by making me sign a disclaimer. One guy was actually helpful and recommended Tameside and did try for me, sincere thanks 4 him

Overall, very good, although my car was in on Saturday morning and only one person dealing with customers. I had to wait a long time to be served.
I trust that the work is being done to a very high standard. I want to deal with them rather than a small back street garage. The valet was perfect too.

Car collected and brought back fully checked for end of warranty
Everything was excellent but the service book wasn't mentioned and as a result hasn't been stamped. I hopefully won't be at the garage in the near future but just hope I remember when I am to get it stamped - it would have helped if the service recep
Whilst the car was in either due to testing or coding the battery was depleted on using the car for the next journey. Having to then put the car on charge the next day was inconvenient and could have been avoided had this been on charge duringthework

Mark was extremely helpful and very professional, he explained what my options were based on my budget and together we chose a car that was right for me. He couldn't have been more helpful, he showed me the car and went through all the functionality.

Would have liked to pick the car up on Saturday afternoon but could only get it on Friday or Saturday morning.

We found Rob Ankers to be extremely good. He communicated well, answered all our questions and most importantly when things didn't go to plan, which they sometimes don't, he worked hard to resolve the situation and ensure we remained delighted.
