Good to deal with but prices for some parts are expensive for what they are

The parking is horrendous and has been getting worse over the years. Turn around too long with regards to checking car in getting car back. A vibration problem that didn't get resolved. Not enough characters here.

1. It seemed virtually impossible for anyone to tell me what the cost of the service was going to be - how can this be so difficult? 2. The correct items weren't ordered in advance of the service meaning everything couldn't be done on the day.

BMW's are easy to sell, that experience is fine when you are paying out big sums of money but a luxury car firm should also have an after sales service to match

Staff are friendly enough. Complete lack of care taken of the car in the centre. I feel like I am being a pain as constantly in the service centre, but the reason I am is due to the lack of care,not fixing the problems in for, and causing more.

would have been 5 stars if they had not phoned to say that the car was ready for collection, as it was we arrived to pick up the car and had to wait for the cleaning to be finished. Not a big deal but a thought for the future.

The deal, salesman and sales process were good but after sales not so good. There was a pipe loose on the engine, I took it into the garage and they lost my key. They gave me some spare mats. The car smelt of smoke (and still does)

The office was very busy when I went in to collect the car and I had to wait for a bit. I have never had this at the other garages. I had a service anc they had forgot to wash or clean my car.

Initially they rang me and left a message to say I needed a service . However I rang and rang both Warrington and Wilmslow to book in and could not get through for over two weeks. Phones just ring for hours with no answer.

They give me a price for what needs doing and I find the video they send me very useful, for future that need attention, so I can manage my costs better and plan for what needs doing first.

You cannot get to speak to anyone at the dealership always being prompted to book online but the online booking system keeps failing. The price for a service is much more expensive than that quoted on their website when you do get to speak to them.

I was given a choice of options - car collection, a while-u-wait or drop off & collect later. this flexibility allowed my wife and I to make the best choice for what we wanted to do. Service reception is always welcoming & the car was ready on time.

The service was ok but when I asked why the oil change was not listed on the receipt I was simply told it had been done. Having had poor services in the past (admittedly with Audi) this did not put my mind at rest. Hopefully it’s been done.
