Everything went very smoothly and the car looked even better than I had imagined. Max helped me understand all the technical information about the car as I hadnt had a new car for 11 years. So much of the entertainment system has changed.

The garage have been fixing my car that had broken down over 200 miles from home, the team where aware of this so actively kept me up to date on the issues and fixes, whilst also liaising with roadside assistance and the courtesy car company.

The issue on my car was identified and remedied. My concerns about timescales were recognised by the service staff dealing with my car and resolved professionally and appropriately. My car left the service area valeted to a high standard.

It would help if everyone used the same terminology. My dashboard indicated that I needed an engine oil service which I booked the car in for. When I checked in online this did not appear anywhere. Instead it said vehicle health check

Only in for a MoT which it passed albeit with a warning regards tyre wear on all 4 tyres. Your price for tyre replacement at around £195 per tyre was well in excess of costs I had from elsewhere for exactly the same tyre (£150/tyre) so declined.

They finally fixed the car in just under two weeks, but it should have been done quicker. Also when I finally got the car back it hadn't been cleaned despite me pointing this out to Simon the service manager who insisted it was.

Slightly disappointed in that after we checked in online, we asked verbally at the counter for a service person to please check the front windscreen washer as it seemed to be clogged. Only little water comes out. This was unfortunately not checked.
