MOT was failed for spurious reasons. Service advisor mis-represented the law in my ability to have the MOT defects rectified elsewhere and tried to pressure me into buying services from them. The agreed repairs were not carried out in the advised tim

I was contacted (and pressured) into having a new tyre as was told it was unrepairable. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion at Kwik Fit who actually went to the effort of removing the tyre to show me it was actually fine.

It was poor from point 1 above. Communication since as in point 3. I am going to have to waste another day bringing my car back as per point 2. I purchased an 85k which rattles and has a tear in a seat from getting in and out of it. Not ideal!

Underwhelmed TBH, checked in online and was seen immediatly but still 30+ minutes until i left. Collection was even worse, poor Alma aplogiesed at least 4 times. Happy to discuss but insufficient characters here!

Guy was very helpful but - after having a tyre fitted the low inflation warning came on on the way home and I had to stop to properly inflate it! I have photos if required. Also inspection video did not arrive until the following day after collection

Issue not resolved. A poor, soulless experience with complete lack of customer empathy. The key focus for the dealership is maximising revenue. We have 2 BMWs in the household and there is ZERO chance of us ever returning to this dealership.

The new showroom is lovely and everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The only downside/suggestion would be to number the parking bays so you can reference where your car is to the SA. Plus at the end of the day the parking was full

The team at reception were very professional and friendly and the loan of a car by the sales team for the day was welcome. The only reason for dropping a star was that the sound on the video that was sent was almost incoherent unfortunately.
