because it's a great car. from choosing the vehicle as an in stock model it was 5 days to picking up the car, and Mark came in on his day off to go through the final details rather than pushing it off to the following week

I was made to feel welcome by everyone I came into contact with - from Lesley on reception - to Mark and the handover, and the BMW genius who explained all the technology in the i4. The whole experience felt like being welcomed in by one big family.

When I rang to book my MOT, it wasn't made apparent that i had to make a waiting time appointment too. I booked my car in at 9pm thinking it would be done in the morning and got my car back at 5:30pm. No communication was attempted throughout the day

They should put a notice up saying our mission is to rip you off! I asked if they could look at my windscreen washers as they were a bit feeble. That said there would be a £175 investigation charge. What!! I did it myself in 10 mins for free.

The overall level of customer service provided by the team was excellent and considerably better than other BMW dealerships. But I have to give a shout out to Jasmine who was a star. A real ambassador for the business who deserves to go far.

Work on the car was fine, but service interaction a little slow. I booked the car in online and was expecting to just drop the keys off at reception, instead i had to wait 10 mins to sign paperwork, so i didn't understand the point of booking in onli

The administration needs to be improved. It toook over 30 minutes to get the car booked in at 8.00am in the morning and a further 20 minutes to collect the car after the servce at about 3.30pm

The garage have been fixing my car that had broken down over 200 miles from home, the team where aware of this so actively kept me up to date on the issues and fixes, whilst also liaising with roadside assistance and the courtesy car company.
