We travelled to BMW Wilmslow due to a previous negative experience at a local dealership amd are really pleased that we did. They were excellent - very informative about the models, didnt rush us, amd no pushiness. The team are a credit to BMW.

I was struggling to get the car dropped off but luckily sister was able to, but she'd have had to wait after her shift @ hospital till you opened 30-45 mins. Luckily she saw Simon & knocked on the window he took the keys. Made all the difference.

Disappointed with the reception received on arrival. My car was booked for 8.00am. I arrived 5 minutes before which I don't think is unreasonable and the reception door was locked. I was bluntly told, through a closed door, we open at 8. Poor.

The personal service I received from entering the premises to leaving was excellent. I booked a 2 hour service and wait, the lady greeting customers ensured I was looked after - coffee, WiFi and place to work with my laptop.

Failure to fix the faulty tailgate operation on the first visit. The tailgate was not working properly even after a part was fitted and it was not checked before it was handed back resulting in a second visit and inconvenience.
