As per the above answer. To leave a customer without a car for 1 week with no offer of a courtesy car only an offer to hire a car is disgraceful considering we only purchased the brand new car 6 months ago. 6th BMW in 20 years, not sure again!

No video or photo of damaged tyre available. No mention of damage to front grill until I read the technician report. No MOT certificate left in car so had to request a copy. First experience of this dealership as new to area

Antony was polite and eventually applied a discount, but delays, poor communication, and the inconvenience made this an unsatisfactory experience. My car was held three days for a basic check and tyre, and the service fell below BMW expectations.
