Thorough handover and familiarisation instruction

Purchase was easy. Delivery was delayed for a week by a problem with the display which required modification and software update. This has removed my confidence in the car and the new car experience spoilt.

Signage at the Wilmslow site needs addressing. No signs for customers to follow for parking. Car park completely full and had to drive round it twice to find a space.

Christopher Morley, the service engineer, was excellent in explaining everything about the service which was being carried out. He kept us informed of progress during the day with the service and in addition our BMW recall witch was all completed.

The new premises feel less personal than the previous . All the staff I recognised are behind the reception in offices. The receptionist asks someone to come and attend the customer.. Just feels less personal

Reasons are many but mainly:- I left my car very early in the morning. The car hadn't been completed so I was asked to leave it overnight. I picked up my car late the following morning. I walked to and from the dealers each time. No drivers were ava

On booking the appointment, I was advised that only an MOT was required. I advised that I was concerned about the front tyres and confirmed this when I checked in. I was only informed at the end of the session that the MOT could not be completed.

communication lets Halliwell Jones down again! Whilst the engineer called me to update on the inspection, I did not receive a call letting me know the vehicle was ready, nor did any pick up my calls. I had to go to the store in hope that is done.

Tissue that caused the car to go to the service centre was resolved, a new issue was brought to my attention that did not exist prior to taking the car there. At the end I was asked to sign a disclaimer without being given any proper explanation

I have had to travel backwards and forawrds to Wilmslow for the repairs to be completed, which in reality the car shouldnt have been sold with so any issues. And then I'm charge 19.99 for reduced insurance cover.

My car is still under warranty. However when I asked for an investigation into an intermittent fault I was told that it would only be under warranty if an actual fault was found. If they could not confirm the fault there would be a min £150+ charge.

I am dissatisfied, if I had honestly been told there was a risk the breather replacement may not fix the engine and EML issue. I would have not agreed to paying £700. We are no longer driving the car for safety reasons. Mr Parker

Overall very good. Only comment is tyres were supposed to be topped up with nitrogen but seems it was not done as tyre pressure monitor alert kept coming on even after resetting, only resolved once we topped up the tyres ourselves.
