Highly disappointed as I haven't received any update on the issue that was reported after the service through multiple times via calls and emails. I am with Halliwell Jones last 4+ years and I am completely dissatisfied.

You took almost 3 hours to change the oil/filter and brake fluid plus MOT on my car, having quoted 2 hours, as I waited. I had to bring the car back the following day for a wash and vac.

Car booked in for sat nav map update. Car returned WITHOUT the update completed, but charged for. Returned car to garage the next week to be told no service availability - only resolved after requesting a refund. Poor performance, hostile service.

the car was parked outside for 20 minutes before i was able to collect it on the basis that they had to finish the paperwork before the guys in the main office could send it out. The delay seemed unnecessary

My only criticism is the aggressive sales methods during booking and receipt of service report, I had to decline multiple "up-sells" during the process which I felt cheapened the experience

Car was supposed to be returned within a day, had to chase multiple times for updates. At 16:45 I found out my car wouldn't be returned. After 3 days the car was returned without the fault being fixed. The car showed the same fault the very next day

Part of the service was the investigation and repair of the SOS system. The SOS system failed again 6 days after service and I received no response from the service centre after leaving a message. This is the reason for leaving a 1 star review

Asked to get brakes done and then MOT. They did not do brakes as missing parts (when they knew I was coming) and then sent for MOT anyway which it failed due to brakes. And no communication until 4pm when it was too late to do anything

I'd like to know how you justify charging for 500ml of screenwash when I topped it up the day before I took the car in for a service. It's not the cost that was charged but makes me question what else wasn't done but was still charged for!

I was lead to believe it was a quick recall check of my seatbelts on the phone! I got my car there at 13:20 and was told it would be after 17:00! I explained my predicament about time issues as I had pets at home but that fell on deaf ears

The wrong parts were delivered to Wilmslow to cure the transmissions problem so I had to wait an extra day for the problem to be fixed.

Friendly and helpful. However, the windscreen wiper replacement was not done (Louis did sort it though when I picked up the car). The inspection was only partial as 'the car was too dirty' apparently and the car was not washed as expected.

It is most frustrating to set and wait for 20-25 min for a service representatives (there are only two, sometimes three) and often they are on the phone for long periods and yet there are people in offices (some busy some not) others milling around
