Mark was exemplary from the minute I met him to the minute we shook hands as I left the dealership. The process from me walking through the door to driving away was flawless. The deal was that good it was impossible to say no!

Rob kept me up to date every step of the process which was great. We did almost all our communication via email with worked really well for me as I could respond around my work (some other dealers have only wanted to communicate via phone)

My only criticism is the lack of information available from BMW about the details of the various options for the model I was purchasing. I would have preferred a printed sales brochure.

The only reason that I gave three stars instead of one is because the gentleman dealing with me, Simon Walsh was very pleasant and I got the impression that he was as embarrassed as I was annoyed.
